How does payment work on Qeda?
Qeda works with a Prepaid Wallet system: you top up your Wallet, your balance becomes available, and your Qeda resources draw from it as you use them — no international bank card invoice to wait for. You add credit with a payment method available locally, then that credit is used for your Qeda consumption.
Before you start
You simply need:
- your Qeda Cloud account
- a Qeda Wallet
- a Mobile Money payment method available in your environment
- enough balance to cover your usage
If you have just created your account, also make sure it has been verified by OTP.
Open your Qeda Dashboard
Log in to your Qeda Dashboard. Your Billing & Payments page helps you quickly understand your situation: your available balance in the My Credit Balance card, your current month's consumption and what it's projected to reach, your completed operations in the invoice history, and information related to your payments — so you always know: how much do I have left for my infrastructure?
Top up your Wallet
If your balance is insufficient, choose the option to top up your Wallet. Qeda shows you the payment methods available for your environment, grouped by type — Mobile Money and Card — plus any method you've already saved, so you can reuse it in one tap. Depending on your country, you may find options such as Wave, Orange Money, MTN, or Moov: simply choose the one you usually use.
Choose the amount
Enter the amount you want to add to your Wallet.
The amount obviously depends on your needs. For a small personal project, you can start with a reasonable amount and increase your balance as your usage grows. For a production application, simply make sure you keep enough credit to avoid a service interruption.
Confirm with your Mobile Money
Once the payment method is selected, follow the instructions shown by Qeda — you'll be redirected to a secure hosted payment page to confirm the transaction with your operator. The flow may ask you to:

- validate the payment from your Mobile Money service
Once the payment is confirmed, your Qeda Wallet is credited.
Check your new balance
